I wish there was awards shows for regular people

Man, I would win every year, then, could say, well, I won best Administrator award, so, you need to pay me more money in order to bring in the additional sales/revenue for just having paid me to work in your place of business.  Not just one award show, but maybe like 15 different ones, such as; The janitors choice awards, the critical clients silver spoon award, and so on.  How awesome to have awards shows to enhance my status to others (well, obviously myself...but honestly, it was just an honor to be nominated)  the job I'm paid to do.  Think of the swag gifts!  Pens, pads of high end water marked paper, screen cleaners oh my! 

HJNTIY Real LIFE!!

Today at the gym, there was a regular member, like myself.  He came in, like me, with a change of clothes, obivously coming right from work.  He started on the eliptical, and then his phone rang.  He immediately jumped off, and starting chatting on the phone.  This lasted for about 20 minutes.  Seriously, he's into someone, bad.  If a guy or girl (I shamefully admit I've done this too) stops a work-out to talk on the phone, its usually someone important, and when it's this late at night - its someone your into.  Awwww.  Seriously, if he's into you, he'll talk to you, whenever!  :) 

I found it ironic that while at the gym, I turned the TV onto Fight Club, and the Lt. Fireman turned it to Miss Congeniality.

In my current exercise routine, I'm suppose to be doing this for 1 minute, twice.  Good Lord, if I am able to do thirty seconds, I'm shaking.  The kicker is, I used to be able to do this for at least a minute, if not two.  Plank, we shall meet again in three days..... and you will most likely kick my butt, again.  I shake my fist at you. 

New Year!

     Went to the gym today, and it was packed!! I would like to say it was due to the new Little Ceaser's opening right next door, but it's I guess it's due to the whole "New Year's resolutions" mantra.  I personally, don't due resolutions, quite simply because I believe if one wants to change, change! I don't need the calendar stating it's Jan 1st.  I guess, it's because I am one of the most logical person I know.  It doesn't make sense to wait. 
    
     That being said.... I'm all for personal growth and challenges.  I'm still single! Ugh. I've really been trying to learn and grow personally.  I recently read the book, He's just not that into You.  It really opened my eyes!  Then, I went onto Bonk, The Male Brain and for laughs, How to shop for a Husband. I really don't recommend that book, maaaaaybe two good concepts.  I actually am very wary of marriage, but would still like a committed relationship.  Sometimes, you just have to throw it out there.  (This is me, throwing it out there!) 

     I'm hoping that this is the year "it" happens. I've seen it, whether it's twitterpaited, in Lust, or love at first sight.  I'm hoping for a good man to come into my life.  I've seen a dozen divorces, and very few of falling in love.  So, I know that I'm not going to be the exception (Thank you HJNTIY!) but now I know and accept that and can craft a new plan.  Craft.  Ha!

     I wish all of you positivity and the strength/courage to go after what you want.
